 How It Works

• Energize-to-hold: Apply rated DC voltage ---> magnetic flux closes through pole face and armature  ---> strong suction force locks the ferromagnetic workpiece.

• Release: Cut power  ---> residual magnetism is held below 5 % of operating force; the load releases on its own (or via optional spring-loaded ejector pin).

• Optional: Armature plate (counter-part) recommended for maximum force and a defined, repeatable air gap.
