DC Tubular Solenoid with Mounting Block | 12V/24V Custom

A compact DC tubular solenoid built into a machined cylindrical metal housing, with an integral side mounting block and two threaded fixing holes. Mount it straight onto a panel, chassis or bracket ¡ª no separate mounting hardware required ¡ª and wire it through the two top-mounted lead terminals. Every unit is customised to your drawing by Xinding Electronics, a custom tubular solenoid manufacturer in Dongguan, China since 2001.

This tubular solenoid is a linear push-pull actuator. When the coil is energised, the internal plunger travels along its axis to deliver a controlled push or pull force; when power is removed, a return spring or the external load resets the plunger to its rest position. The cylindrical housing provides a closed, low-leakage magnetic circuit, which is why tubular solenoids deliver more force per unit volume than open-frame types of the same size.

The pictured variant (model XD-TS24MB) combines a machined aluminium-alloy body, a raised top boss carrying the two lead terminals, and a milled side block with two threaded holes for rigid mounting. The design suits equipment where the solenoid must be bolted to a machined surface and wired inside a confined enclosure ¡ª smart locks, dispensing units, automation fixtures and medical instruments.
